So far, our series of Wikipedia links has concentrated on those who are famous primarily for their GAA connections. This week, we take a slightly different take on our links, concentrating on those who are famous for other reasons, but who also had connections to the GAA and Gaelic Games.
Kevin Barry is famous as the first Irish republican to have been executed by the British since the leaders of the Easter Uprising, but it may surprise you to know that he was also a hurler, and his hurley may be seen on display in Lár na Páirce.
