Lar na Pairce Museum is located in Slievenamon Road in Thurles, the birthplace of the GAA.

By car:

There is car parking available beside Lár na Páirce.

Thurles is close to the M8 (exit at Junction 5 or 6) and easily accessible from the main centres:

Thurles train station is a 15 minute walk from Lár na Páirce Museum. The train station exits onto Friar Street. Follow Friar Street until the Square, and turn right at the centre of the Square onto Slievenamon Road. Lár na Páirce is located between the Watermill and the car park.

By bus:

Thurles is also well linked by bus, with Bus Éireann and a number of private operators providing regular bus services.
